Ingredients

2 medium ripe bananas
1 cup of sliceed strawberries (I use frozen)
1 kiwi
1 1/2 cups milk

Directions

Cut the bananas into chunks along with the kiwi. Put all the fruit in blender and pour in milk until you reach desired thickness while blending.

I am unsure of calories, but fat wise all depends on the type of milk you use.
