My son, hear the instruction of thy father, and forsake not the law of thy mother. Proverbs 1:8 (KJV)

God has given you parents so that they can take good care of you and teach you. Your Mom and Dad know more than you do because they are older and bigger than you. When they tell you what to do it is because they want what is best for you because they love you. God loves you too and He wants you to do what your parents say.
