Second Week of Advent

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.(John 3:16)

During this season of hope, this season of anticipation, it is so awesom to know that God loved us SO much that He was willing to sacrifice His Son, Jesus.

When you walk through your daily life, do people see God's love in you?

Do your children see God's love through you?

I remember when I was little a plaque on the wall with the picture of the cross. Under it there was the question, How much do I love you? The answer was, This much, and Jesus stretched His arms out and died.

Wow. Do you love God enough to die for Him?

Prayer: Our loving God, help us to show your love to those around us so that we will feel your love. Amen.
